Please DO NOT water products containing preserved flowers. If the environment in which they are kept is good, the flowers will remain beautiful for approximately up to 3 years. Placing it in direct sunlight or near air conditioning units can cause damage or color fade. Please also note that preserved flowers are treated with dyes, to avoid color stain, please do not let them touch the walls, floor, cloth materials etc.

Orders are processed on the same day, except on Sundays and holidays, if they are placed by 12 pm (noon). You will receive a notification when your order is shipped.Standard Shipping:

Standard shipping is free for orders over 600DKK (approx. 80 Euros) in Denmark and Germany.
Standard shipping within Denmark typically takes 1-3 business days.
For standard shipping to EU countries, you can expect delivery within 3-5 business days.

Express Shipping:

We offer DHL Express to all EU countries and the US (recipient pays duty & tax) for an additional fee. Express deliveries usually arrive the next day if the order is placed before 12:00 pm (noon). However, please be aware that we cannot guarantee next-day delivery as it may depend on factors beyond our control.
For shipments to The US please be aware that your flowers most likely first will arrive within 1-3 days.

Day-to-Day Delivery (CPH area, Mon-Fri delivery only):

For customers in the greater Copenhagen area, we offer an exclusive Next Day Delivery service.
Delivery Time: Orders placed before 2pm will be delivered the following day. Applies only if the next day is a business day (delivery on Mon-Fri only, not on public holidays)
Cost: 89 DKK.
Eligible Areas: The Day-toDay Delivery option applies to customers residing within the following postal code areas: 1000-3000, 3050, 3080, 3100, 3120, 3140, 3200, 3210, 3220, 3250, 3230, 3400, 3450, 3460, 3460, 3480, 3490, 3500, 3520, 4000, 4030, 4621, 4622
